CEO and Founder of “3 steps back” |

Daphne is a passionate Greek who is always wondering ‘yes but what if?’. Daphne’s 2 law degrees are the foundation of a need for rigor and a belief that there must be continual improvement. This led her to join innovative, disruptive and growth-hungry teams and organizations who are looking to apply advances in science and technology to new, never-tried-before industries

After 6 years in London’s City, Daphne joined Neurofocus in 2009, a then little-known Silicon Valley start-up, to set up and lead their European operations. In 2011 Neurofocus was acquired by Nielsen and soon after ‘neuro’ became part of marketers’ day-to-day terminology.

In 2014, hungry for a new challenge, Daphne joined Mavens of London, a pioneering digital marketing consultancy where she focused on driving change across some of the world’s most recognizable brands who had to adjust and adapt to a digital landscape that changes almost daily.

Today Daphne works with a team of leading NLP and Machine Learning experts as part of machineVantage where she works with leading FTSE 100 companies around the world to bring machine learning and AI advancements to the world of marketing and market research. In addition, Daphne is CEO and Founder of “3 steps back”, which believes in taking three steps back from the panic button and seeing the big picture to ignite major impact in business and personal growth.

When not asking ‘yes but what if?’ Daphne can be found surfing or sailing, training to complete her pull ups challenge or planning the next travelling adventure. As always learning and disrupting.
